ABOUT

I used to write and design websites for Fortune 500 companies, where I also owned the strategy and managed the teams.

But, the universal forces have indicated to me a reinvention is my current path, so I’m going back to what makes me happy and laugh, and ideally at least a few others… I’ve been writing and performing comedy.

I’m a writer who also edits and proofreads.

I began my career as an editor in publishing in Beverly Hills, after graduating from Occidental College with the Kenneth A. Oliver Award for Comparative Literature.

During college, I had internships working for Dave Bell Associates (a film production company), the L.A. Times Book Review, and the Los Angeles office of P.E.N. (Poets, Essayists, and Novelists).

After moving to the East Coast, I worked at Fidelity Investments for most of my career, and was Managing Editor of Fidelity Outlook magazine — a great blend for me of writing, publishing, and financial services savvy.

I've also done and do comedy. I write sketch comedy, standup, screenplays, deep thoughts, many stickies — whatever I can. And I've performed — sketch, standup, improv. A radio show. Some video. And a play or two.

I’m a liberal arts major. Which means, I can basically figure anything out. Or bring together the right people to do it — like in my corporate life developing online brand experiences. I’m passionate about helping individuals and organizations achieve their communication goals.

Please contact me — remote or in person. I’m an extrovert forced into an introvert’s lifestyle and talking to humans is very important to me.
